HOCL is a naturally occurring antimicrobial, produced by our own white blood cells to defend against harmful bacteria and viruses? As such, it is well documented as a bio-compatible compound that is gentle on all skin types. In the medical environment, HOCl is commonly used in wound care as an antimicrobial cleanser. 

What makes Zyderma’s HOCl different from other HOCl sprays?
Our HOCl is a high-purity, pH balanced hypochlorous acid, optimized at a concentration of 200ppm (0.02%). Unlike others, our HOCl is produced under strict controls.
